I liked the hotel hospitality, responsiveness and quality of Restaurant and ambience of hotel. Its receptionis Mr Haider was very help full in extending the hospitality. All restaurant staff were very enthusiastic and able to understand the client. This was really Excellent after getting very bad experience of Staynest ( Tara Palace hotel)

I stayed at top floor room with a balcony. Magnificent view of Gangtok can be seen from room itself. Breakfast spread was good enough and they did pack my breakfast both the days when I had to leave early. Staff's were highly efficient and hospitable. Special kudos to Mr. Soumen, Mr. Paul, Ms. Rasna and Mr. Arobinda. Indeed this hotel is a hidden gem nestled by the beautiful valley.

Tucked Away 11kms From The City. This Place Gives You A Birds Eye View Of Sikkim. Which Lights Up During Dusk. Friendly Staff A Special Mention Of Ms Rasna & Ms. Anju. The Manager & The Entire Team Made Sure We Had A Fabulous Stay Here. The Morning Buffet Was Sumptuous. The Idli, Dosa, Pongal, Upma, Chutney and Dosas, Were Very Well Prepared. I Can Say This Since I Am Based Out Of South Of India. Except For The Distance From The City.... This Property Hits All The Spots !!! Overall A Wonderful Experience.

Staff members were very much caring,naming a few like Rakhe,Roshni,Hemant. Excellent place for leisure time in the midst of nature with all modern facilities.

Welcoming Gesture was very nice. Rooms were spacious and had a very good view of City and Mountains. You can access pool and pool bar. Very well behaved staffs.
